How your answers are handled

What we store. Your answers and the date and time you submitted. If you choose to identify yourself, your name and/or email are stored in a separate place from your answers.

What we don't ask for. We don't ask for your name or email unless you choose to share them. The survey itself does not use advertising trackers, session recording, or third-party analytics on your answers.

What we can't promise. “Anonymous” here means we don't ask who you are. Like any website, the servers that deliver this page may briefly process technical information such as your IP address. And details you write, like names, places, or specific events, or a combination of answers like zip code and age could make you recognizable. Please avoid naming yourself or others in written answers.

Who can see responses. Only the Foundation's authorized account. Responses are not public, and results are shared only in summary form.

Nothing is saved as you go. Your answers stay in this browser tab until you submit. Closing or refreshing the tab clears them.
